30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Show no signs of use, alteration, or damage
Products Eligible for Return
Items that remain sealed and unopened in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Opened or Activated Items
Many of our bracelets and gemstone pieces are individually prepared and packaged to preserve their intended condition and presentation.
Once the original protective packaging has been opened, the item is considered activated for personal use and can no longer be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy helps us maintain product integrity, quality standards, and fairness for all customers, as opened items cannot be reintroduced into inventory for resale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
